On April 5, Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini announced significant development initiatives for the Jind assembly constituency during the 'Dhanyawad Evam Vikas Rally.' The government will allocate ₹60 crore for constructing an auditorium with parking facilities at Rani Talab. An additional ₹5 crore will support rural development projects, including the establishment of a veterinary hospital and community center. Infrastructure upgrades will include the construction of a divider on the Civil Hospital-Pandu Pindara-Gohana Road at a cost of ₹4.5 crore and modern street lighting across city roads. New tubewells and pipelines will be installed to improve drinking water supply in Jind, while sewerage lines and a 10 MLD sewage treatment plant will cater to newly approved colonies. The Chief Minister also announced the shifting of the fire station and the development of a smart market in Palika Bazaar, among other projects aimed at enhancing the quality of life for residents.
