Felix Zwayer, a 44-year-old referee, has been officially named as the only German referee for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. This marks Zwayer's debut at the World Cup level, following his experience officiating the semi-final match between England and the Netherlands during the 2024 UEFA European Championship.
