In response, the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) defended the quality of its food, stating that an inspection found the meal satisfactory and that no other passengers reported any issues. Singh, however, remained unconvinced, emphasizing that her and her son's illness should not be dismissed.
