The Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority has announced a revision in toll rates for major expressways, effective April 1, 2026. The Agra-Lucknow Expressway will see tolls increase for various vehicle categories, while rates for the Purvanchal and Bundelkhand expressways remain largely unchanged for lower categories.

The Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority (UPEIDA) has announced a revision of toll rates for the Agra-Lucknow Expressway, Purvanchal Expressway, Bundelkhand Expressway, and Gorakhpur Link Expressway, effective April 1, 2026. The new rates reflect a modest increase across various vehicle categories. For two/three wheelers and tractors, the toll on the Agra-Lucknow Expressway will increase from ₹330 to ₹335, while the Purvanchal Expressway remains unchanged at ₹350. Cars, jeeps, and light motor vehicles will now pay ₹675, up from ₹665, while the Gorakhpur Link Expressway will see a rise from ₹285 to ₹295. Buses and trucks will experience an increase from ₹2,100 to ₹2,150 on the Agra-Lucknow route. Heavy construction machinery and multi-axle vehicles will also see a toll increase from ₹3,225 to ₹3,290 on the Agra-Lucknow Expressway. Overall, while most revisions are incremental, the increases are more pronounced in higher axle segments, with lower categories on the Purvanchal and Bundelkhand expressways largely retaining previous rates.
