In response, he took to social media platform X, declaring, 'Silenced, not defeated,' and questioned whether he had committed a crime by voicing public concerns in Parliament. His removal comes amid increasing tensions within the party, particularly with party chief Arvind Kejriwal. The AAP has appointed Ashok Mittal as Chadha's successor, indicating a shift in party dynamics. Anurag Dhanda, AAP's national media in-charge, criticized Chadha for allegedly not speaking out against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and suggested that his fear has hindered his ability to address significant national issues. Chadha, however, hinted at a possible backlash against his removal, likening himself to a river that becomes a flood when necessary, emphasizing that his silence should not be mistaken for defeat.
