L&T Finance, a leading non-banking financial company (NBFC) in India, reported a remarkable 62% year-on-year increase in retail disbursement, reaching ₹24,080 crore in Q4 FY26, compared to ₹14,899 crore in Q4 FY25. This growth was bolstered by a 61.21% rise in urban finance disbursements, totaling ₹9,840 crore, and a 40.79% increase in rural business finance, which amounted to ₹7,200 crore. The company's retail loan book also saw significant growth, climbing to ₹1,19,550 crore, reflecting a 26% increase from ₹95,180 crore in the same quarter last year. On an annual basis, L&T Finance's retail disbursement grew by 39%, totaling ₹83,190 crore for FY26, up from ₹60,040 crore in FY25. Additionally, the company's consolidated net profit for Q3 FY26 rose by 18% to ₹739 crore, supported by an 18% increase in total income to ₹2,920 crore compared to Q3 FY25. Despite these positive results, L&T Finance's stock fell 1.66% to settle at ₹240.45 on April 2, 2026.
