The National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to release the provisional answer key for JEE Main 2026 Session 2 today on its official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in. Candidates who took the exam can challenge the answer key by paying a non-refundable fee of ₹200 per question. Following the closure of the objection window, a panel of subject experts will review the challenges, and valid objections may result in awarded marks or the dropping of questions, which will be reflected in the final answer key. The results for Paper 1 (BE/BTech) are anticipated to be declared by April 20, 2026. The JEE Main 2026 Session 2 exams were conducted in computer-based test mode from April 2 to April 8, 2026, across approximately 566 centers in 304 cities in India and 14 cities abroad, with about 11.23 lakh candidates participating.
