'Dacoit', starring Adivi Sesh and Mrunal Thakur, has seen a drop in box office collections despite an increase in showings. On its third day, the film earned ₹6.40 crore, bringing its total gross in India to ₹23.12 crore and worldwide to ₹34.77 crore. The film opened with 3,800 shows, but occupancy fell to 14% on Sunday, even with 4,588 shows available. The Telugu version of the film performed better, contributing ₹4.80 crore, while the Hindi version brought in ₹1.60 crore. Directed by Shaneil Deo, 'Dacoit' tells the story of two former lovers reuniting for a series of robberies and also features actors Prakash Raj and Anurag Kashyap in significant roles.
