After hitting his eighth shot onto the green, he two-putted for a total of ten strokes. This followed a triple-bogey 6 on the previous hole, the par-3 12th. Despite this difficult stretch, Li showed resilience by making a birdie on the 14th hole. Notably, his score of 10 is not the highest ever recorded on the 13th hole, which remains a 13 by Ken Nakajima in 1978.
