The Ghaziabad district administration published the final electoral rolls following a Special Intensive Revision (SIR) exercise, revealing a total of 2,263,513 voters across five assembly constituencies: Loni, Muradnagar, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, and Modinagar. This represents a significant reduction of 574,478 voters from the previous total of 2,837,991. Saurabh Bhatt, the additional district magistrate for finance and revenue, explained that the removed voters include those who have died, migrated, or failed to complete the necessary registration forms. The breakdown of voters shows that Sahibabad has the largest electorate with 725,985 voters, while Loni has 446,941, Muradnagar 392,006, Ghaziabad 390,472, and Modinagar 308,109. The final electoral rolls have been made available on the official Ghaziabad district website and the Election Commission of India’s website.
