Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the signing of a new property in Simara, Nepal, marking a significant expansion of its presence in the country. With this addition, the company's portfolio in Nepal will grow to seven properties, including two operational hotels and five upcoming projects. The new hotel, managed by Carnation Hotels, will feature 98 rooms and is designed to cater to modern travelers, offering a multi-cuisine restaurant, lounge, extensive banquet and conference facilities, as well as wellness amenities like a swimming pool, spa, and fitness center. Neelendra Singh, Managing Director & CEO of Lemon Tree Hotels, emphasized the attractiveness of the Nepalese market, noting the expanding demand in gateway and transit-led cities. The company's recent financial performance shows a marginal rise in consolidated net profit to ₹62.67 crore in Q3 FY26, compared to ₹62.49 crore in Q3 FY25, with revenue from operations increasing by 14.3% year-on-year to ₹406.05 crore.
