ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) reported a profit after tax of ₹763 crore for the March quarter, reflecting a 10% year-on-year increase from ₹692 crore in Q4 of the previous year. The company's profit before tax also rose to ₹1,039 crore, up from ₹917 crore a year earlier. A dividend of ₹12.4 per share was declared alongside strong operating profit growth, which surged 30% to ₹1,128 crore. Revenue from operations saw a robust increase of 19%, reaching ₹1,517 crore compared to ₹1,269 crore in the same quarter last year. Total expenses slightly decreased to ₹389 crore, aiding in margin expansion. However, net profit declined 17% quarter-on-quarter due to lower total income. For the full financial year, the company reported a 24.4% rise in profit after tax to ₹3,298 crore, with significant growth in mutual fund assets, which reached ₹11,04,787 crore by the end of March 2026. The company serves 17 million investors through a distribution network of over 1.14 lakh partners across 281 offices.
