Despite a decline in profits, with recent accounts showing a profit of €241,244 for the year ending May, Healy-Rae remains the largest landlord in the Irish Parliament, owning 28 properties. The responsibility for housing Ukrainian refugees shifted from the Department of Integration to the Department of Justice in 2025.
