Signature Global Ltd, a leading real estate firm in India, reported a 20% decline in pre-sales for the fiscal year 2025-26, totaling ₹8,220 crore compared to ₹10,290 crore in FY25. The slowdown in the housing market in Gurugram, Haryana, significantly impacted sales, with the company selling only 2,114 homes, a steep drop from 4,130 units the previous year. In the fourth quarter, pre-sales decreased by 5% to ₹1,540 crore, down from ₹1,620 crore in the same period last year. Despite the decline in volume, the average sales realization rose to ₹15,250 per sq ft due to increased sales in the premium segment and price hikes across key areas. Looking ahead, Signature Global is venturing into commercial real estate through a joint venture with RMZ Group, planning to invest ₹7,500 crore in an 18-acre project. The company aims to maintain focus on execution excellence and prudent capital allocation while expanding its presence in high-growth markets.
