Recent data indicates that 7,88,707 certificates were issued in the ten districts of Jammu, while only 1,76,425 certificates were issued in the ten districts of Kashmir. This translates to Jammu accounting for 81.7% of the total certificates, leaving Kashmir with a mere 18.3%. The data revealed that Jammu issued 28,661 Economic Weaker Section (EWS) certificates compared to 3,504 in Kashmir.
