Loyola Chicago has announced the hiring of Morgan Paige as its new women's basketball coach, succeeding Allison Guth, who resigned after four seasons. Paige spent five successful seasons as the associate head coach at the University of Kansas, contributing to 104 wins and four postseason appearances. Prior to Kansas, she was an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at North Dakota State and also served as a graduate assistant at Iowa State. Paige, who played four seasons at the University of Wisconsin, finished her collegiate career with 1,230 points and earned all-Big Ten third team honors in 2013. In her statement, Paige expressed her excitement for the role, describing it as a “dream turned reality” and emphasized her commitment to developing high-character young women while striving to make Loyola Chicago a consistent competitor in the Atlantic 10 Conference.
