The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has declared the results for the Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) 2026 on April 7. A total of 5,362 candidates have qualified, with category-wise distributions including 1,739 from General (including Economically Weaker Sections), 2,308 from OBC-NCL, 900 from SC, and 415 from ST. The qualifying cut-offs vary by category, with the General (Non-PwBD) cut-off at 96.25 percentile (score of 213). Notably, discrepancies were found in the question paper, leading to full marks being awarded for seven incorrect questions. Scorecards will be available for download starting April 15, 2026, and will remain valid for three years. Unlike other entrance exams, GPAT does not provide centralized counseling, meaning admissions will be managed separately by individual institutes. Candidates are encouraged to download their scorecards within the six-month availability period.
