Gujarat Pipavav Port experienced a 3.5% decline in container volumes, totaling 1.65 lakh TEUs in Q4 FY26, down from 1.72 lakh TEUs in Q4 FY25. Gujarat Pipavav Port reported a 3.5% decline in container volumes, handling 1.65 lakh twenty-foot equivalent units (TEUs) in Q4 FY26 compared to 1.72 lakh TEUs in Q4 FY25. For the full fiscal year FY26, total container volumes decreased to 6.68 lakh TEUs from 6.94 lakh TEUs in FY25. In contrast, dry bulk cargo volumes slightly dipped to 0.45 million metric tons (MT) in Q4 FY26 from 0.46 MT a year earlier, while overall dry bulk cargo for FY26 increased to 2.90 MT from 2.21 MT. Liquid cargo volumes also saw a minor decline, reaching 0.38 MT in Q4 FY26 compared to 0.40 MT in Q4 FY25, but increased for the full year to 1.59 MT from 1.46 MT. Notably, Ro-Ro volumes surged by 39.6%, totaling 67,000 units in Q4 FY26, up from 48,000 units in the same period last year. The port handled 401 container trains, down from 470 a year ago, while the total containers moved via trains decreased to 96,000 TEUs from 101,000 TEUs. In Q3 FY26, the company's consolidated net profit rose 12.2% to ₹111.52 crore, with revenue from operations increasing 11.2% to ₹292.25 crore compared to Q3 FY25. Following this report, the stock price increased by 0.60% to ₹147.90 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
