Meta Infotech has secured new and renewal orders worth ₹2.58 crore (approximately $310,000 USD) from a prominent domestic mutual fund for cloud security subscriptions, effective from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027. The execution of these orders is expected within 60 days. Notably, the company has no related party transactions with the client. In its financial year 2025 (FY25), Meta Infotech reported a 60.7% surge in consolidated net profit, amounting to ₹10.51 crore (around $1.27 million USD), while revenue from operations increased by 40.3% to ₹152.13 crore (approximately $18.3 million USD) compared to FY24. Following this positive news, shares of Meta Infotech rose by 4.99%, closing at ₹78.83 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
