In a shocking incident in Mangolpuri, outer Delhi, the body of a 35-year-old woman was discovered stuffed inside a storage box of a double bed at a paying guest accommodation. The police received a call on April 7, leading them to the scene where they found the victim with visible strangulation marks and a forehead injury. Three men, Surendra alias Bobby, Joginder, and Deepak, all from the same locality, have been arrested. Preliminary investigations revealed that the woman was in a relationship with Deepak, who is also married. The victim had arrived at the facility around 4:30 PM on the day of the incident and spent about an hour with Deepak before he left, raising suspicions with the PG owner. The police are examining the circumstances surrounding the murder, including possible disputes and allegations of sexual harassment. A case has been registered under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, and further investigations are ongoing.
