He highlighted that industries, particularly the software sector, are significantly impacted by AI advancements. Chaudhari advised students to steer clear of roles that are easily replaceable by AI and to explore innovative fields where they can harness AI to create value. He used agriculture as an example, suggesting that students could develop AI tools to optimize mushroom farming, which requires minimal investment. Chaudhari also pointed out the increasing competition in the job market, referencing recent layoffs at Oracle that affected around 30,000 employees globally. He encouraged students to differentiate themselves through professional certifications and to seek a greater purpose in their careers. Sharing his personal journey, he emphasized that hard work and determination are essential for success, regardless of one's starting point. He concluded by motivating students to elevate themselves and others through consistent effort.
