Ola Electric Mobility's shares experienced a significant surge of over 16% today, trading at ₹34.83 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). This increase comes after the company announced the readiness of its in-house developed Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery cell, which is expected to enhance its electric mobility efforts. The stock has rebounded 58% from its record low of ₹22.25, reached on March 16, 2026. Trading volume also spiked, with approximately 323 million shares changing hands, a notable increase from 260 million in the previous session. Analysts, including Ambareesh Baliga, express a cautiously positive outlook, attributing the growth to improved operational efficiency and the backward integration achieved through the Gigafactory. Harish Jujarey from Prithvi Finmart noted that the stock has breached the resistance level of ₹34, suggesting potential further gains towards the ₹40-41 range. However, he advises caution due to overbought conditions indicated by the short-term Relative Strength Index (RSI).
