He highlighted that many residents have been unable to mortgage their land due to the Left Democratic Front (LDF) government's failure to de-notify it, despite their decision to halt the project. During the UDF manifesto release, Satheesan also criticized the Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board (KIIFB), stating it has become a tool for the LDF government's advertisements. Additionally, he pledged to revive the LIFE Mission project aimed at assisting the homeless, particularly focusing on special initiatives for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and fisher folk communities. Furthermore, the UDF plans to cancel all back-door appointments made by the LDF just before the elections, ensuring that future contract vacancies are filled through the State Employment Exchange.
