The Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB) has announced a delay in the declaration of the Second Pre-University Course (2nd PUC) results, now scheduled for April 9, 2026. This postponement is attributed to the Model Code of Conduct implemented for by-elections in Bagalkot and Davangere, which has required officials to assist with election duties. The 2nd PUC examinations took place from February 18 to March 17, 2026, across 1,217 centres in Karnataka, with 710,363 students registered, including 292,645 from the science stream, 211,174 from commerce, and 142,982 from arts. Students can check their results on the official KSEAB websites and DigiLocker once they are released. Additionally, the minimum passing marks for this academic session have been lowered from 35% to 30%. The KSEAB is also preparing for the evaluation of SSLC (Class 10) answer scripts starting on April 8, 2026, with results expected in May.
