The court highlighted that local authorities, including the pradhan of the Paldhui gram panchayat and the sub-divisional officer, confirmed that no permission had been granted for the construction. Consequently, the court mandated that the appellant demolish the illegal structure within 15 days, or the local panchayat would carry out the demolition and recover costs from the appellant.
