U.S. President Donald Trump has ordered the FBI to investigate a series of mysterious deaths and disappearances involving scientists connected to sensitive nuclear and space programs. This inquiry has emerged amid public speculation regarding possible links to UFOs. The White House Press Secretary, Karoline Leavitt, confirmed that the administration is collaborating with the FBI and other agencies to review these cases for any potential commonalities. The cases involve approximately 10 individuals associated with institutions like NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory and Los Alamos National Laboratory over the past three years, including disappearances, murders, and deaths from seemingly unrelated causes. Notably, Major General William Neil McCasland, who vanished in February, has become a focal point for online theories linking his disappearance to classified military programs. Despite the surge in speculation, national security experts have stated that there is no credible evidence connecting these incidents, attributing many deaths to natural causes. The FBI is treating the situation as developing, while the Department of Energy's National Nuclear Security Administration is also conducting its own review.
