Nida Khan, identified as the HR head of the Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Nashik unit, is not absconding as alleged, according to her family. They state she is currently at her home in Mumbai, expecting her first child. Contrary to reports, her family clarified that she works as a tele-caller in the sales team, having joined the company in December 2021, and has never been part of the HR department. Khan is one of eight employees accused of serious offenses, including rape and sexual harassment, at TCS's Nashik BPO. While seven of the accused have been arrested, police claimed Khan was on the run. Her father expressed pride in her job at a multinational company but now regrets encouraging her to work due to the distressing allegations. He emphasized that Khan has done nothing wrong, merely interacting with colleagues. Khan is currently pursuing an MBA while working, and her family is deeply affected by the situation.
