Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced a structured internal investigation into allegations of misconduct at its Nashik unit. The company clarified that Nida Khan, mentioned in media reports as an HR manager, is actually a process associate with no recruitment responsibilities. TCS has appointed Keki Mistry, an independent director, to chair an oversight committee that will review the findings of the internal investigation led by Aarthi Subramanian, President and COO. The investigation involves independent counsel from Deloitte and the law firm Trilegal. TCS stated that a preliminary review found no formal complaints related to the alleged misconduct through its internal reporting mechanisms.
