Florida State University (FSU) has announced the addition of 6-foot-11 junior forward Sebastian Rancik to its basketball roster for the 2026-27 season. Rancik, who transfers from the University of Colorado, was a standout player for the Buffaloes, averaging 12.3 points, 5.6 rebounds, and 2.0 assists per game during his sophomore year. His shooting percentages were notable, with 40.4% from the field and 33.1% from three-point range. Rancik was a highly sought-after recruit, and FSU successfully outbid the Kentucky Wildcats for his commitment. He joins a growing list of players transferring to FSU, which now includes four others: Shon Abaev from Cincinnati, Kameron Taylor from UNC Asheville, Anthony Robinson II from Missouri, and Amare Robinson from TSC.
