The Food Forest Forum 2026 is set to take place from April 24 to 26, 2026, at the UTAR Kampar Campus in Perak, Malaysia. This event is co-organized by the Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman Centre for Agriculture and Food Research, Seeds Malaysia, Urban Hijau, Project M.A.R.S., and the Sarawak CSO-SDG Alliance. The forum aims to consolidate resources for advancing agroforestry initiatives that enhance food security. With a growing global interest in tropical food forests, the forum will raise awareness about sustainable agriculture, permaculture, regenerative food systems, eco-education, natural farming, seed saving, and community-based sustainability initiatives. Participants will include regional practitioners, experts, and community growers who will share insights on tropical farming and indigenous wisdom.
