RCB CEO Rajesh Menon highlighted that the green jersey symbolizes the team's long-term efforts towards sustainability. The franchise encourages fans to utilize public transport, with match tickets providing access to the Bengaluru Metro. Enhanced waste management practices, including strict segregation and regular audits, are in place at the venue. Additionally, RCB employs renewable energy sources like solar lighting and conducts thorough evaluations of their environmental impact, covering travel, accommodation, and energy consumption. Sustainability audits will be carried out during matches, culminating in a detailed report that will undergo independent verification.
