ICICI Bank reported a standalone net profit of ₹13,702 crore for the fourth quarter of FY26, marking an 8.5% increase from ₹12,630 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year. The bank's net interest income also saw an 8.4% rise, reaching ₹22,979 crore. Its net interest margin stood at 4.32%, slightly down from 4.41% a year earlier. Non-interest income grew by 5.6% to ₹7,415 crore, with fee income increasing by 7.5% to ₹6,779 crore. Operating expenses rose by 12.05% to ₹12,089 crore. The bank's provisions decreased significantly to ₹96 crore, reflecting improved asset quality. Total advances grew by 15.8% year-on-year, reaching ₹15,53,893 crore, while total deposits increased by 11.4% to ₹17,94,625 crore. The gross non-performing asset (NPA) ratio improved to 1.40% from 1.67% a year ago. The board has recommended a dividend of ₹12 per share for FY26, with record dates to be announced later.
