The company recently launched KG One Global, a premium office space in Adambakkam, Chennai, which has already achieved 30% booking. The location is strategically positioned near major transport routes and commercial zones, making it attractive for businesses. However, the ongoing crisis in West Asia is impacting raw material prices and delivery times, although it may also encourage investment in Indian real estate as buyers reconsider options. The capital value of commercial properties in Chennai has surged by 25-30% over the past 18 months due to rising land rates and demand.
