Available on the Google Play Store for devices running Android 11 or later, the app tracks frame rates, detects janks, and displays battery temperature. Users can view this information through a floating overlay during gameplay and access detailed session results, including FPS charts and trends. Notably, the app works not only with games but also with non-gaming applications like Instagram. While the app is free and ad-free, it imposes a 5-minute limit per session and a 20-minute limit per day. GameBench has indicated that they may adjust these limits based on user feedback. The app does not require root access or a PC for setup, making it more user-friendly compared to the paid GameBench Pro version. It supports multiple languages, including English, Spanish, and Chinese, and can be downloaded without the need for an account.
