With one out and a runner on first base, Ryan, who had previously struck out, managed to rally back from two strikes to deliver the game-winning hit over the center field fence. Exeter head coach Kristen Morissette expressed her pride in Ryan's performance, noting that it was a relief for the team after suffering a tough loss earlier in the week.
