Bollywood actress Daisy Shah, known for her debut in 'Jai Ho' (2014), recently shared a disturbing experience from her early career during a casting meeting in Mumbai. In an interview with The Free Press Journal, Shah described how she felt uncomfortable when a filmmaker, who had come from the South for auditions, touched her inappropriately while meeting with several aspiring actresses. Shah, who was among 6-7 girls present, expressed her discomfort with physical contact, stating that it has always been an issue for her. She decided not to pursue the project further, reflecting on the importance of personal safety in the industry. Shah's career began behind the scenes as an assistant choreographer before she transitioned to acting, gaining recognition in films like 'Hate Story 3' (2015). She is currently working on an upcoming thriller directed by Palash Muchhal alongside Shreyas Talpade.
